After the rain, a spider struggled to climb back up the wall to its tattered web. Because the wall was wet, it would slip and fall every time it reached a certain height. It climbed up again and fell again, time after time... The first person saw this and sighed to himself: 'Is my life not just like this spider? Busy all the time yet gaining nothing.' And so, he became increasingly depressed. The second person saw it and said: 'This spider is so foolish. Why doesn't it climb up the dry part of the wall from the side? I will never be that clumsy.' And so, he became clever. The third person saw it and was immediately inspired by the spider's perseverance despite repeated failures. And so, he became strong.
