Everyone is bound to suffer some grievance, and no one can hold their head high forever. The road of life is not easy; one must bow when it is time to bow and make concessions when necessary. Only by being flexible and resilient can the heart become strong enough. Only by enduring grievance can one achieve greatness and truly defend one's dignity. Being like firecrackers that explode at the slightest touch, or like dry grass that breaks with the slightest bend, is not maintaining self-esteem but rather lowering one's own value.
Love is an understanding of life. Love is born with the heart, moves with the heart, and acts with the heart. In the crystal-clear years of life, meeting is fate, understanding is luck, and loving is blessing. If everyone in this world loves, understands love, and is willing to spread love, there would no longer be seasons of sorrow. If love is given, there will be a harvest; if love blooms, beautiful scenery will naturally arrive.
We should learn from the sunflower and become people who actively absorb positive energy. In fact, there are few major storms in life; most of the time, we create our own troubles. So-called self-inflicted trouble is simply absorbing too much negative energy. Learn from the sunflower: face where the sunlight is. Interact more with excellent people, discuss healthy and uplifting topics, and think more about issues beneficial to personal development. If the heart is filled with sunlight, even if life rains, it will turn into spring rain.
In this life, no one's path is easy, and no one is tear-free. Even if you face setbacks or are wrongly accused, do not give up easily. Even if your body is hurt and your heart is struck, do not deliberately seek revenge. For giving up means submission, and revenge indicates lingering hatred. Life is not for confrontation, nor is life for struggle. Empathy allows things to make sense, and exchanging feelings makes matters clear. Understand to find peace of mind, and be inclusive to broaden your heart. Life has bitterness and joy, gains and losses, wins and losses. No matter who suffers, do not let your loved ones suffer; no matter what you lose, do not lose true affection; no matter how much you lose, do not lose your conscience.
