On my way home from school one evening, I cycled past a construction site under the setting sun. There, I witnessed a memorable scene. It was dinner time for the workers. Men who had labored hard all day, along with mothers carrying their children, sat beside a makeshift tent, sharing their evening meal.
In the male-dominated construction industry, these mothers, accompanied by their children, live a tough and frugal life alongside their husbands. To make a living, they have no choice but to leave their parents behind and travel across the country. I believe this nomadic life is not what they truly desire. What they long for more deeply is a warm home, a clean kitchen, and the ability to cook for their loved ones while enjoying each other's company and guidance.
However, for the sake of survival, they must make choices and strive to live a good life. I hope their lives will become better and better in the future.
