Is there really no such thing as "luck"? Strictly speaking, influenced by objective factors, "luck" is not entirely non-existent. Among the myriad of people, some have exceptional luck: they may be financially independent with superior conditions, enjoy fulfilling love and satisfying careers, or live worry-free with smooth professional progress, making others envious. Of course, there are also those with bad luck, facing obstacles at work and dissatisfaction in life, as the saying goes, "When fortune is against you, you choke on a sip of cold water."

However, "luck" is ultimately something that can be encountered but rarely sought for, like "drizzle" falling from the sky. You cannot wish it to come when you want, nor can you drive it away when you don't... Even if "great fortune" occasionally descends, the outcome is often unpredictable, akin to the saying: "With intent, planted flowers fail to bloom; without intent, inserted willow twigs cast shade."

In fact, the amount and quality of "luck" are not determined by human will. In terms of "luck," it may alter your objective conditions and environment.

For instance, winning the lottery is a matter of luck, but it cannot change your intrinsic "composition." Your knowledge, temperament, ability, cultivation, as well as your thoughts, character, personality, and perseverance, remain unchanged by "luck."

Accompanying human "luck" is often hardship. Hardship is far less popular and anticipated than "luck" and holds no "temptation" whatsoever. In reality, the probability of encountering hardship in life is far higher than that of so-called "luck." It can be said that the stronger one's ambition and the greater their pursuit, the more hardships and rugged paths they will face on life's journey.

Hardship is what makes life real!

People whose lives are monotonous and devoid of twists and turns are unlikely to achieve greatness. Those who wait for the grace of "luck" are, in fact, slaves to fate. Only those who bravely step over hardships can truly master their lives.

Naturally, for many people, hardship is simply an unavoidable existence. But since it is inevitable to encounter...
