Only when the soul finds a home does life find its path. On the journey of life, there are both blooming flowers and thorny setbacks, broad smooth roads and muddy narrow paths, sunny days and chilly storms. No one's life is entirely free of struggles, always as smooth as "riding a swift horse in spring breeze, seeing all the flowers in Chang'an in a single day." Therefore, we should face everything with a smile and acceptance.
Although I wait in vain for a city-wide bloom, I have already seen through the changing seasons; though I yearn for the rhythm of spring, my heart has grown desolate. The red dust of the mortal world carves into the rings of the years: a stroke of vicissitude, a stroke of cold, a stroke of desolation, a stroke of loneliness. That sorrow without a coffin or monument, line by line, hovers at the edges, in the eyes, and at the deepest bottom of the heart. Fate touches me with cruelty, inch by inch, touching my sad expectations, my lonely memories, and my beautiful hopes. Before I could shake off the dust from my body or play a melody of elegance on the Kongharp, I was already far away, with white frost forming on the dew, surrounded by cold and desolation.
Those who cannot learn to obey cannot become good commanders.
One without compassion is not truly human.
There is no such thing as truly feeling what others feel; a needle will never hurt you unless it is inserted into your own body.
Cherish those who proactively talk to you, chat with you, send messages, and continue talking enthusiastically even after you simply reply with "mm," because such people are rare.
When alone, we feel empty and bored; when living with others, we inevitably encounter various unpleasant situations. Thus, we seem to have only two options: either endure ourselves or endure others. But why have both others and ourselves become things we must forcibly tolerate? This reveals a serious fact: our internal human qualities are often poor. Perhaps the only viable path is to strive to change ourselves and elevate our inner qualities, making ourselves easier to tolerate, for changing others is impossible.
