If life could have a little less of everything, there would be nothing wrong with it. Eat a little less; being seven-tenths full is just right. Even for those who love their work, it is wise to exert a bit less effort, leaving room for development for oneself and others. Reaping a little less leaves more for others. Life is short. For someone like me, who is enthusiastic about everything, learning the art of 'less' is essential. It is like eating; overindulging in delicious food can lead to discomfort. Regardless of what is eaten, being seven or eight-tenths full is the most comfortable state.
