Public sense of identity and responsibility toward their country directly reflects the effectiveness of the state's ideological and political education. In today's society, resolving the issue of public values essentially means addressing the need for faith. Looking back at the 2013 National Academic Symposium on Ideological and Political Education, numerous experts and scholars pointed out that one of the major challenges currently facing China's ideological and political education is the lack of faith among the people. Therefore, rebuilding public faith has become a priority in current work.
To establish a widely accepted common faith, a complete theoretical system must first be constructed. Given that Marxism is China's guiding ideology and practical action guide, starting from Marxism provides a solid social foundation for this faith. Secondly, This faith must be truly understood and accepted by the public, avoiding the pitfalls of being overly abstract, as some previous concepts were. It should be expressed in accessible language to resonate with the people. Finally, in the era of new media, we should fully utilize these resources to present mainstream ideologies and values in forms that are easily accessible and emotionally resonant for the public, allowing them to perceive the values of faith through digital interaction.
