Looking up, the clouds carrying countless tears gradually drifted toward the horizon. After a hearty meal out with my mom, and with the sky so clear and bright, the corners of my mouth couldn't help but turn upward.
Soft music played from the radio, children nearby were playing and laughing, and the colorful balloons on the grass stood out vividly. The gentle breeze of early spring brushed against my face, the warm afterglow of the setting sun bathed my body, and stars in the distance twinkled with faint light.
The road home seemed scattered with flowers of happiness and joy. Walking with simple, relaxed steps, the two of us entered our home. A soft yellow glow lit up the warm little house, creating an atmosphere of quiet comfort and warmth.
The gluttonous me darted straight into the kitchen. Purple red grapes, bright strawberries, golden bananas — I didn't know where to start; cool yogurt, fragrant chips, delicious jelly — I was overwhelmed with choices. "We just ate, be careful not to burst your stomach!" Mom's gentle voice floated to my ears. Deciding instantly, I grabbed a large, deep purple plum that I had been craving for a long time and put it in my mouth. With one bite, sweet juice dripped onto my tongue, and a sweet taste surged into my heart.
Feeling extremely satisfied, I waltzed into the living room. Mom gave me a light glare and scolded playfully, "You glutton! Only one is allowed." I stuck out my tongue, smiling without answering, and took another bite of the plum. Settling comfortably into the soft sofa, I picked up the newly bought comic to read carefully while listening to the funny variety show on TV. As a result, a scene unfolded where a man in the house kept laughing until he fell forward and backward, gasping for breath.
Going to the balcony, I looked up at the sky. Brilliant stars dotted this clear night sky, and a full moon hung high above a few wisps of cloud-like haze. The streetlights kindly illuminated the path, and warm, bright light spilled from the neighbor's window, suggesting another scene of peace and tranquility.
