Nowadays, it seems harder to find something that moves us to tears, and even harder to find an outlet for our sadness. Life requires us to learn how to protect and cherish ourselves. When feeling wronged, tell yourself not to be overly sad; such is the nature of the world. Being misunderstood or criticized is a common part of life. When you feel helpless, you may cry, but once the tears are shed, you must pull yourself together. Finding a new beginning in the midst of despair is far from impossible.
