The path to glory is often narrow and challenging. Once embarked upon, one can only move forward, never back. Facing countless competitors following closely behind, we should take firm steps along this narrow path, for only through persistence can we reach the shore of success.
Behind every flourishing bloom lies a struggle through hidden tides; behind every dazzling display lies a perseverance through wind and rain without pause; behind every scenic view lies a moment of heartbreak. Only those who have experienced it firsthand truly understand the immense power behind such brilliance.
Happiness is, in essence, a sensation, a temperature that can be felt by both parties. Only by paying attention to details can we break through the walls of fixed thinking. In real life, happiness follows the principle of equivalent exchange: the more sincerity and care you give, the more warmth and satisfaction it returns to you.
People define life differently. Some see it as enjoyment, while others feel it is a source of helplessness. In reality, life is a mix of enjoyment and helplessness, comfort and confusion. It is like a green fruit; held in the mouth and tasted slowly, various flavors spread on the tongue—sweet, sour, bitter, and astringent. This complex and authentic experience constitutes the true nature of life.
Pursuing perfection is the foundation for achieving great things. Only by maintaining high standards for details can one walk further and more steadily on a long journey.
When encountering unpleasant matters, do not strive too hard against yourself. Learn to take a step back; this retreat often brings unexpected benefits. In life, balancing progress with retreat, and tension with relaxation, is the true harmony and composure. Good night to you all.
"Going with the flow" (sui yuan) first requires recognizing that all things in the world are in a constant state of change due to the coming and going of causes and conditions. Love and hate, smooth and rough times, glory and disgrace are all not permanent and should not be grasped too tightly. Both suffering and pleasure arise from causes. Rather than rejoicing or weeping greatly at the results, it is better to be cautious and attentive in the process, making wise choices between good and evil. True "going with the flow" means doing one's utmost in effort while remaining detached from the outcome.
